About Us
About OZJOY LIVING
OZJOY LIVING is an Australian online pet products retailer based in Adelaide, South Australia.
We focus on practical pet travel and everyday pet products for dogs and cats, with products selected for Australian customers.
How We Operate
OZJOY LIVING operates as an online retailer. We work with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to offer and deliver selected products to our customers. Depending on the product, orders may be dispatched from different supplier or warehouse locations.
This means that items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Our Approach
We aim to provide clear product information, transparent pricing and straightforward shipping and returns policies so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
Before ordering, we encourage customers to review the product description, dimensions and specifications to make sure the product is suitable for their needs.
